The Merging with Equus Video is an intro to what you will learn in the Integrated Equine Therapies courses and is a pre-requisite for the Foundational Techniques (IET FT) and CranioSacral Techniques (IET CST) courses.

Merging with Equus introduces the foundational techniques that pave the way to a deep, intuitive connection with the horse, both physically and energetically. In this video, Tom Mayes guides you through the essential merging techniques to assess and release trauma patterns in the forehand—often at the root of lameness and imbalance. You will then learn techniques for clearing organs, focusing on the stomach and kidney/psoas muscle, and get an introduction to the cranial nerves and explore cranial rebalancing methods that target deeper imbalances. This provides an even broader understanding of the horse's physical and energetic systems.
